    All our products come with a guaranteed 14-day return window from the time of the package receipt.

    Refund are made in the form of the original payment method.

     

    The best way to start a return, get a replacement or get a problem with a faulty product resolved is to get in touch via e-mail at info@geowarehouse.eu.

    To keep everything going smoothly, you should tell us in your e-mail:

    • Your order ID
    • Reason for return
    • Photos of the problem

    To return your product, you should sent your products to: SGS Geosolutions, M. M. Hodzu 9, Banska Bystrica, 974 01, Slovakia. Include a completed withdrawal form in the shipment:

    Warranty

    • We provides a 24-month warranty on products purchased by an individual.
    • We provide a warranty period of 12 months for products purchased by a legal entity.
